- Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being received.
- We ship via Australia Post within Australia only.
- Please note we will ship your item to PayPal address. Please ensure your PayPal address is correct and current.
- Additional postage and handling fees will be charged for any item that is returned to us uncollected or undelivered.
- We will happily combine multiple items into a single shipping price. When you have finished shopping please contact us to have it arranged.
- Delivery time will vary depending on your location and is usually between 2-7 days within Australia.
- If the delivery takes more than 21 days please contact us ASAP.
- If no one is available to take delivery of your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card so you can pick it up from your local post office.
- Deliveries to remote areas take longer. Please contact us for an estimate of a delivery time to your area.

Differences in colours may be caused by reasons such as colour reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in the wrong colour, please contact us to see if a refund is possible.

Items genuinely faulty on arrival will be exchanged upon receipt of faulty item. You may be required to initially pay for return shipping costs. Reimbursements for shipping cost will be arranged once item is received. If item is out of stock, refund will be made.
